Sending a goodwill letter or FCRA dispute only works if it lands at the creditor's correspondence unit — not the payment lockbox. This directory lists the billing-inquiries and dispute mailing addresses for the largest U.S. banks, card issuers, store-card lenders, and debt collectors.

These are billing-error / FCRA correspondence addresses, not payment addresses. Always confirm against your most recent statement before mailing, and send important disputes by certified mail with return receipt.
